So here is my finished piece. I followed the directions to the letter, and my first stencil for the Texture Paste was “Harlequin”. I later used the “Honey Comb” stencil after I finished using a matching “Harlequin” background stamp. I wanted to incorporate a Kraft Glassine Pocket, but they were too large for my piece, so I hand made my own. I just used a sheet of Tim’s Kraft Glassine Paper and stamps, of course.
It was really interesting working with the Texture Paste. I would like to do it again, and you can get yours at The Funkie Junkie Boutique, http://www.thefunkiejunkie.com. As always a big thanks to Tim Holtz and Mario Rossi.
If you are visiting, please leave a comment, I would love some feedback. Thanks, Lisa.
Now, on to the close ups….
Here you can see the edge of the “Harlequin” stencil, and the Texture Paste’s effect on the right. On the left, just above the lace ribbon, is the best spot to see the “Harlequin” stamp. You can also make out the “Honey Comb” stencil on top of the stamp.
